Two talks today

This morning I give a talk, this afternoon I give another: the first is aimed more at hands-on things for student; the afternoon lecture is a more general talk, though still focused on education.  As always I'm a little nervous: I have no real idea how big or enthusiastic the audience will be, which means I need to not over-prepare: I need to be able to reconfigure to be more or less hands on on the fly.
