It's been weeks -- over a month, certainly, since I have made pizza.  I didn't make it in England --- I need my oven, my counters, my baking stones, my equipment, to really enjoy it.  (Not really true, but....)
And I'd forgotten how much fun it is to stretch out the dough, to make the sauce, to make roasted garlic infused olive oil, to smell the pies as they bake in the hot oven.
