Ugh. What an unpleasant few days for my friends

I hope that fate is soon going to stop beating my friends and blogfriends up.
It has been a rough few days: a couple of weeks ago, Kenju had bad news: a few days later, a friend here went through something similar (he too is undergoing a good recovery: better than might be expected). Burntofferings have gone through some extremely trying times. Then Bob-Kat had her bad news, a friend here in town's father died last weekend, and last but not least, Carmi's son has a nasty accident.
Okay fate. Quit it. Now. Please?

Yours, distressed,
N.

And a close friend lost a teenage son in a car accident today. I don't like it a bit! Perhaps things will turn around soon :)

Isn't that strange how that happens?! When it rains it pours. I think we're done now. All is good here in Wisconsin (knock wood!)

Michele sent me today. Glad she did so I could get an update!

Thanks for the mention, Breadbox. I sincerely hope that none of us has more challenges in the near future! It does seem as though a few of us are shouldering more than our share!

Thank you for posting this. We appreciate the sentiment very much.

Funny how good people always seem to be the most challenged. I've wondered that for most of my life, and I still don't have an answer for it.

Dropped by from Michele's to see one of my favorite bloggers.
