Poppy says 'That is an impressive choice - intelligent, beautiful, loyal.' As her owner I agree that cocker spaniels are all these things and make great family pets but be careful with other people's children until you know how he reacts. They are so loyal to their owners that they try to protect you from perceived threats - which can include other people's children.
