Full moon?

This evening, after an hour and a half or so of children acting up, jumping up out of bed, insisting that they can't sleep/have a tummy ache/are hungry/thirsty/want to read/etc (the excuse/reason changing every minute), LOML and I looked at each other and simultaneously asked each other if it were a full moon tonight.

I have the google.  I have the technology.  So I looked it up.  No, it's not.  It's as far away from full as it can get.  So now I know: children can be just as crazy at a new moon as they can for a full moon.

Yours, driven crazy,

Don't forget they then decided to both sleep on the floor - which is where they ended up. I looked in on them and they were lying peacefully side by side. Ahhhhhh. Wierd!

Isn't that funny...I know many adults (incl. me and Kirsty) who feel differently at new moon. It's certainly a phenomenon that, since discovering a couple of months ago, I've found fascinating. For me, I feel a bit uneasy, restless for no apparent reason, sometimes more emotional.
Sorry you're driven crazy by the children being affected by it though ;-)
